Everything DiSC Work of Leaders Learning Modules

Led by an Everything DiSC expert, Work of Leaders comes to life in a virtual or in-person facilitation experience. Each learning module inspires rich conversation and “aha!” moments that make the learning real (and fun!).

 

Module 4: Execution
Module 5: Action Planning
Examines the defining elements of execution, its associated behaviors—momentum, structure, and feedback—and challenges learners to discover the advantages and disadvantages of their tendencies in this area.
Role-playing interviews engage learners to identify their strengths and challenges in each area of the Work of Leaders model. Participants select one key challenge area and craft a complete action plan for improvement.
