SLII Experience™
SLII® POWERING INSPIRED LEADERS™

The SLII® in-person one-day experience is an eight-hour, more condensed curriculum using the same four-part learning path.
LAUNCH - Participants complete engaging prework assignments, including an assessment, to expedite the learning and frame their thinking to real-world challenges.
LEARN - Activities teach leaders the skills and language to lead situationally.
PRACTISE - Activities based on personal work challenges develop new skills.
APPLY - Tools and resources accessible after the sessions to help participants strengthen and sustain their skills in SLII®.
The SLII® in person experience is a 2-day, 8 hours per day curriculum that uses a four-part learning path to ensure participants master the content and become situational leaders. The live in-person training provides the fullest content and the richest opportunities to practise new behaviours.
LAUNCH - Engaging prework assignments, including an assessment, expedite the learning and help participants internalise the content to frame their thinking prior to class.
LEARN - Activities teach leaders the skills and language to lead situationally and offer opportunities for direct participant interaction.
PRACTISE - Leaders develop their new skills and practise their SLII® vocabulary in activities based on personal work challenges. They learn how to match their leadership style and practise SLII® conversations.
APPLY - Tools and resources accessible after the sessions to help participants strengthen and sustain their skills in SLII®.
LAUNCH - Participants frame their thinking prior to class with prework assignments and an assessment.
LEARN (Sessions 1 & 2) - Activities teach leaders the skills and language to lead situationally.
PRACTISE (Sessions 3, 4 & 5 - Leaders develop and practise their SLII vocabulary in activities based on personal work challenges.

SLII® Online is an on-demand, self-paced course that introduces managers to the core concepts of SLII® and provides conceptual practise; optional debriefs can be added for additional practise. The SLII® Online programme is a three-hour online course delivered in bite-sized modules ranging from one to 20 minutes, with optional debriefs that allow for collaboration and discussion for a blended learning experience. Includes interactive exercises: fun, engaging activities include videos, games, stories, case studies, and online discussions.
SLII® - Training for Trainers
The SLII Experience™ uses game-changing techniques that immerse learners in SLII deeply, and effectively. It’s an award-winning and dynamic design, and you can learn how to facilitate it. The Training for Trainers (T4T) program thoroughly prepares prospective practitioners, so they feel confident, motivated, and prepared to roll out The SLII Experience in their organisations.

Blanchard Management Essentials is delivered in a one-day, in-person session (six hours including 45 minutes for lunch and four five-minute or ten-minute breaks). After the session, participants have access to the Blanchard Management Essentials Challenge through the sustainment section of the Blanchard Exchange course, which guides learners through a set of tasks to practice new skills back on the job.
Prework: LAUNCH — Allows participants to view a live-action video (LAV) teaser and select four real-work situations to work on in class
Welcome: LEARN & PRACTICE — Welcomes participants and defines some outcomes and behavioral norms for the session
THE TRANSITION — Help participants understand the challenges of the transition from being an individual contributor to being a manager
INTRODUCTION TO THE FOUR CORE CONVERSATIONS — Presents an overview of the Four Core Conversations
THE ESSENTIAL SKILLS — Teaches managers the four essential skills they need to balance relationships and results
THE FOUR CORE CONVERSATIONS — Shows how to put the four essential skills to work in the context of the four core conversations: Goal Setting, Praising, Redirecting, and Wrapping Up.
CLOSING — Helps managers create a set of intentions to guide their future behaviors
Your leaders participate in three 2-hour virtual training sessions that teach them the world-renowned One Minute Manager conversations fundamental skills for building positive relationships that drive engagement and productivity for having effective performance conversations with their team members.
Virtual Session 1: LEARN — Help participants understand the challenges of the transition from being an individual contributor to being a manager, and teach managers the four essential skills they need to balance relationships and results
Virtual Session 2: PRACTICE — Shows how to put the four essential conversational skills to work in the context of the first two managerial conversations – Goal Setting and Praising.
Virtual Session 3: PRACTICE — Guides participants through practice activities for the third and fourth Conversations – Redirecting and Wrapping Up — and prepares them to bring their new knowledge and skills back into their work lives.

SEMINARS (VIRTUAL OR F2F)
The Seminar Series offers an opportunity to learn the 10 Behaviours of successful people in a way that’s flexible.
These three 75-minute seminars are designed to present the critical behaviours with a focus on identifying the key ideas that will have the most impact. Seminars can be delivered over several weeks at a time that suits your group (early morning, lunchtime, after work).
Between seminars, participants have an opportunity to practice what they have been learning and return to the next session with their insights, questions and discussion points.
COACHING
Our Coaching package consists of three 1-hour sessions designed specifically for people who have attended a 10 Behaviours learning event.
Coaching helps you implement the 10 Behaviours in your professional and personal life. Your coach guides you from where you are today to where you want to be.
Over the three sessions, your coach will work with you to identify what your next steps are and provide guidance and support to help you achieve what is important to you and your organisation.
Typically, coaching is done by Zoom/Skype/Teams, with the timing of your coaching agreed upon at your first session.
SUCCESS CAFÉ
The popular Success Café is a one-day informal event, where you discover the 10 Behaviours in a high-energy and engaging way.
With the room set up in a café style, participants work in small table groups to discuss the 10 Behaviours as they are presented by the facilitator. Each table has 4 or 6 people.
The café learning design is ideal for large groups who require a flexible learning environment.
LEARNING CIRCLES
Learning Circles are small, facilitator-led discussion groups that are held within organisations following attendance at a 10 Behaviours event.
The purpose of Learning Circles is to help the group share experiences, consolidate learning, and provide extra resources and support.
Learning Circles take different formats depending on the needs of the organisation. They can be a focused session looking at a sub-set of the 10 Behaviours, or more general where participants discuss their on-going learning and organisational implementation.
SUCCESS MASTERCLASS WITH DR DAVID KEANE (LIVE VIRTUAL)
Every quarter (January, April, July, and October), Dr Keane teaches a 3-week masterclass where you can learn the 10 Behaviours directly from the creator of the programme.
Ideal for individuals, teams, or a distributed workforce, the masterclass is delivered by Zoom with the first class starting on the first Wednesday of each quarter at 12pm NZ time.
Participants get exclusive access to the 10 Behaviours App before the masterclass begins. The App is packed with resources to maximise the learning experience.

Effective Leadership
What is the Effective Leadership Learning Experience about?
This practical course will help you learn how to lead effectively and develop strategies for dealing with everyday events. You’ll learn simple processes that are easy to put into practice. We use DiSC as a self-discovery tool to help you with that learning process.
The course is highly interactive with a range of exercises, games, role plays and practice sessions so that participants learn by doing, rather than through formal teaching methods.
Attendees need to complete a pre course online assessment about their personal management style!
