What is the Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict?
Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict is a classroom training and personalised learning experience that increases self-awareness around conflict behaviors.
This application helps each participant effectively respond to the uncomfortable and unavoidable challenges of workplace conflict by combining the personalised insights of DiSC® with the proven science of cognitive behavioral theory. Rather than focus on a step-by step process for conflict resolution, participants gain personalised techniques to curb destructive behaviors so that conflict can become more productive, ultimately improving workplace relationships and results.
This workshop includes one 90 min - 2 hour virtual instructor led session & your Everything DiSC Productive Conflict assessment and is suitable for individuals and groups.
