Physical tools for face-to-face

When you are working face-to-face and want to give your participants their own physical packs to touch and feel and sort, this professional kit has all you need.

There are 24 of our famous CCS Vision Packs (2017 Edition) – give one to each participant. There’s an A4-sized Jumbo Vision Pack (2017 Edition) to add impact to session openers and to ease those key group alignment moments and 50 sheets of CCS Vision Stickers (2017 Edition) for when you want to give participants an easy, effective and permanent way to record their CCS choices.

Digital tools

When you need the power of image cards in your virtual sessions, this kit has you covered with the CCS Cards Virtual Facilitation Environment Desktop Application (VFE). With the VFE running on your laptop, you can instantly create a virtual image card session using any one of three CCS image card packs. Your participants simply open a free app on their mobile device and start selecting and sharing their choices across the virtual group.

 

Physical and Digital together

Our physical and digital tools are designed to work together. Take these examples:

  • That tricky time when you have a few more in-room participants than you planned for: no problem – just fire up the VFE and “hand” the extras a digital pack on their mobile to use alongside their colleagues with physical packs.
  • Or, when one or more of the participants must now join the in-room session online – with the VFE you can allow them to fully participate in your image card activities and share their choices with in-room participants.
  • You have 20 participants, and you are flying-in to deliver the one-day workshop. You want everyone to have their own pack, but you don’t want to carry them in your luggage. No problem: just put in your Jumbo Vision Pack and a few sheets of Vision Stickers. “Give” everyone a digital pack on their mobile for the critical individual reflection activities and use the physical cards tools to align the table teams, and then the wider group.
